DeckerGUI is a unified agentic AI ecosystem (not a traditional desktop GUI library) developed by the CTECX Independent Dev Team. It coordinates AI tools, digital personas, and autonomous workflows across cloud, local, and enterprise environments.
It organizes the full agent lifecycle around a token-governed protocol:
• Intent is captured as a signed ClawIntent packet
• Screened through the 3-DGM Agentic Docking Gate (memory reset, capability checks, and policy enforcement)
• Executed under a scoped Digital API Key
• Metered tick-by-tick
• Recorded as measurable progress in the Enterprise KPI Tokenizer
Key live components include the DGUI Emitter (real-time console), governance layers, token metering/settlement, and persona systems. Hardware docking stations and maintenance agents are also part of the broader stack. Current stable version is listed as v2.1; research/educational use is permitted, while commercial use requires a Commercial Integration License.
