I tried to reduce the image sizes but still laggy and load slowly, how to fix?

try using CDN. and use webp format for you images.

Search up AWS S3 or CloudFlare R2. Asking GPT how to set it up helps a lot too

you should try refactoring your codebase and avoid unnecessary duplicate functions/classes/variables
