ctx-rs

ctx-rs is the house's command broker — a shim layer in front of CLIs like git that routes every call through a governor before it runs, capturing them into SQLite with FTS5 search so nothing shells out invisibly.

Cover image is the live ops dashboard: polls the broker's own ops.json every 2 seconds, shows live/offline/stale health, falls back to a snapshot when quiet. Not a mock.
