I'm building NOS. It lets you fix a wrong sentence in an HTML project report by clicking it on the rendered page, both before you share the report as a link and after someone already has that link.
Say you already have a handoff report as an HTML file. You paste it into NOS and see the rendered page. Reading it, you spot one wrong sentence, maybe a status line that says a feature shipped when it's still in review. You click that text on the page and retype it, and NOS changes the matching text in the HTML too.
Pasting, editing and previewing work without an account. You sign in when you want to save the page and create a share link. Whoever receives the link opens it without an account, and the report doesn't need to be deployed as its own website.
Later, you might notice another mistake. You fix it in NOS and save again. When the recipient reopens the same link they already received, they see the saved revision, so there's no replacement URL to send.
The report is saved in the same workspace as your notes and docs, so the HTML and the written notes for one project can be kept together. You can try pasting and editing HTML at https://nos-workspace.com.

A question, an article, or a journal entry about what you built. One paragraph is enough, and it gets a reply.
