mcp-config-lint: lint MCP configs

Zero-dependency CLI that checks MCP client configs before your agent starts them. It flags tokens written into env, headers or args, npx/uvx packages with no pinned version, commands not on PATH, and remote servers on plain http. Reads files only: no network, no model, and it never prints a secret's value. --json for agents, --strict and exit codes for CI.
