A focused 90-day programme for selected community builders who want to help more Malaysians discover, learn, and build with AI. Choose a primary track, make one meaningful contribution a month, and help build a healthier builder community.

What this pilot is — and is not
What it is
- A 90-day learning and contribution programme for selected ambassadors.
- A practical way to build leadership, communication, community, and event experience.
- A structured way to recognise consistent and meaningful contribution.
- A supported pathway for people who want to help others start building.
What it is not
- Not a full-time or part-time job.
- Not a requirement to run weekly events.
- Not a competition to do the most tasks.
- Not a promise of paid work, internships, prizes, or sponsorships.

Ambassador tracks
Your primary track is your home base, not your fence. Expectations and XP review follow it, but ambassadors share responsibility across every track, helping wherever the community needs it each month.
Campus Ambassador
University students or people connected to student communities.
Introduce KD to clubs, share opportunities, support campus sessions.
Community Host
People who enjoy gathering and welcoming others.
Host small meetups, online co-building sessions, discussion circles.
Content Ambassador
Writers, creators, designers, editors, and storytellers.
Event recaps, builder stories, short tutorials, community updates.
Technical Facilitator
People comfortable explaining tools, demos, or beginner workflows.
Support or lead beginner AI sessions, vibecoding workshops, build-alongs.
Partnership Scout
People who are confident making introductions.
Suggest venues, introduce clubs and community partners. KD approves official commitments.
how it runs
The 90 days
01
Onboarding — Understand the mission, expectations, and tracks.
Join onboarding, read the handbook, choose a primary track, pick a first-month mission.

Month 1 — First small win.
One simple contribution — a small meetup, content piece, campus introduction, or event support role.
03
Month 2 — Repeat or improve.
Repeat your first contribution with better structure, or support a slightly larger KD activity.
04
Month 3 — Showcase and review.
Contribute to a showcase, workshop, or final pilot activity, then share feedback.

XP and levels
Contribution is tracked through quests with evidence — links, photos, recaps, attendance. XP is awarded for verified contribution, reviewed manually. It builds recognition and progression; it does not guarantee limited rewards.

What KD provides
- Onboarding session, handbook, and the ambassador channel.
- Templates for event requests, recaps, monthly updates, and content.
- Monthly check-ins or office hours where possible.
- Guidance on event formats and beginner-friendly session design.
- Promotional support when requests are submitted early and approved.
- Recognition for consistent, high-quality contribution.
On rewards, honestly
The pilot recognises contribution through XP, levels, public appreciation, certificates, and access to future opportunities. Some rewards depend on availability, partner support, and contribution quality. Paid work, internships, and sponsored opportunities are not guaranteed — they are offered only when budget, partners, and fit are confirmed.
