From application to a living hex.
Any KD member aged 18 or over with GitHub linked. Tell us what you are building and who will pay for it.
The panel reads your answers beside your shipping history. You hear back within 7 days.
Your seat in the hive, public, with your name on it.
Add your project in My Lab and connect its repo through the KD GitHub App. Private is fine. Say hello to Dr Rick on Telegram.
A push lights your hex on its own. A launch or a sales step counts too: tell Rick in the evening, or log it on the web.
Keep your hex by shipping.
A seat is kept, not won once. Code, a launch or a sales step all count as a ship. The heartbeat moves your hex through these states on its own; the panel only steps in to strike a logged ship that was not one.

First nudge.
Your hex visibly dims.
Final warning.
Ship today or the seat reopens.
Not a ban. Apply again any time.
Ship anything and your hex is back to active, from any state before the seat reopens. Away for a real reason? Ask for grace: your seat waits up to four weeks. Your streak does not.
What the lab shipped today.
Every evening Dr Rick asks each builder what they shipped: code, a launch or a sales step. The entry lands here, in public, once the builder presses the button. Customers are described by company or role, and the panel hides any entry that names a person.

Shipping keeps you in. A project people use is why you are here. When yours grows, we help you register it as a startup on KD and point you to the people who fund and grow startups in Malaysia.

A daily check-in on Telegram: code, a launch or a sales step, two minutes, and your day is on the ledger.
When your project grows, register it on KD, then take it to Cradle and MRANTI.
